9. Bookings and Payments

Bookings become binding only after full payment through the Amelia Booking system or bank transfer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• cancellation more than 21 days before the first lesson – 100% refund,

• cancellation 14–20 days before – 50% refund,

• cancellation 13 days or less – no refund (contact us to attempt rescheduling).
  
  

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

10. Image Rights

By participating in our activities, you grant SkiSail.Co the right to use photos or videos of you for promotional purposes, free of charge, without time or territorial limits.
