instructor arrangements (\u201cServices\u201d) provided by SkiSail.Co (\u201cCompany,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d or \u201cus\u201d) to individual participants and group organizers (\u201cClient,\u201d \u201cParticipant,\u201d or \u201cyou\u201d). By booking or participating in any Service, you agree to these Terms.<\/span><\/p><h4><strong>1. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SkiSail.Co provides private ski lessons, ski guiding, and the arrangement of professional ski instructors for individual or group training.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company does <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> provide travel services, accommodation, transport, lift passes, or equipment rentals. Clients are solely responsible for arranging these items.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>2. Booking &amp; Payment<\/b><\/h4><ul><li><b>Booking Channels:<\/b> All lessons and guiding sessions must be booked in advance through our <b>online booking system<\/b> on SkiSail.Co or via <b>direct e-mail confirmation<\/b>.<\/li><li><strong>Payment Methods:<\/strong> Regardless of the booking method (online booking system or email booking), a <strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\" data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1220\">non-refundable booking fee (deposit)<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\"> of <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\" data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1261\">20\u201325% of the total booking value<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji';\"> is required to confirm the reservation and secure instructor availability.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Settlement:<\/b> The remaining balance must be paid <strong data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1439\">no later than before the start of the first day of the service<\/strong>.<\/li><li><b>Confirmation:<\/b> A booking is considered valid and confirmed only after the required payment has been received and verified by SkiSail.Co.<\/li><\/ul><h4><b>3. Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/b><\/h4><p class=\"p1\">We offer flexible cancellation terms; however, the Reservation Fee is designed to guarantee the instructor\u2019s readiness and time.<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><b>More than 14 days<\/b> before the first lesson: <b>100% refund<\/b> of the total amount paid.<\/li><li class=\"li1\"><b>7 to 13 days<\/b> before the first lesson: <b>50% refund<\/b> of the total booking value.<\/li><li class=\"li1\"><b>Less than 7 days<\/b> before the first lesson: <b>No refund<\/b> shall be issued.<\/li><\/ul><p>The Reservation Fee (deposit) is <b>non-refundable<\/b> if the client cancels within the 7-day window or fails to show up, as the instructor was held in readiness for the session.<\/p><p>All refunds are processed to the original payment method within <b>14 business days<\/b>.<\/p><p>Please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible if you need to cancel; we will always try to offer a credit or reschedule when possible, subject to availability.<\/p><h4><b>4. Rebooking &amp; Transfer of Reservation<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rebooking (changing dates or times) is possible but strictly subject to instructor availability.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A booking may be transferred to another person if SkiSail.Co is notified at least <\/span><b>24 hours before<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the scheduled start time.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>5. Weather &amp; Operating Conditions<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lessons are held in all weather conditions as long as the ski lifts are operating.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poor visibility, snowfall, or cold temperatures are <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> grounds for cancellation or refund.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the lifts are officially closed by the resort operator, SkiSail.Co will offer a reschedule or a credit voucher.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>6. Participant Responsibilities<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clients must arrive <\/span><b>on time<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with valid ski passes, appropriate ski equipment, and adequate personal insurance covering skiing in Italy.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Late arrival<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> reduces the lesson time and does <\/span><b>not<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entitle the Client to a refund or extension.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants take part at their <\/span><b>own risk<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and must follow all instructions of their instructor. Skiing involves inherent risks of falls or accidents that cannot be completely eliminated.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>7. Liability Limitation<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SkiSail.Co provides Services with the highest professional standards; however, participation is entirely at the Participant\u2019s own risk.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Company\u2019s liability, regardless of legal grounds, is strictly limited to the amount actually paid for the specific Service.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SkiSail.Co is not responsible for accidents, injuries, property loss, or damages occurring before, during, or after the Service.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>8. Right to Refuse Service<\/b><\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructors reserve the right to interrupt or refuse a lesson if a Participant behaves in a way that endangers safety (e.g., aggressive behavior, intoxication, reckless skiing). No refund will be provided in such cases.<\/span><\/p><h4><b>9. Group Bookings (\u201cInstructors for Groups\u201d)<\/b><\/h4><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SkiSail.Co can arrange teams of instructors for organized groups such as travel agencies, schools, or companies.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All details (number of instructors, schedule, pricing, and additional services) are agreed <\/span><b>individually<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the group organizer.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The group organizer must:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">provide a list of participants and their skill levels,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ensure all participants have appropriate equipment, lift passes, and insurance.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A separate written or email agreement confirming terms and payment schedule is required for all group bookings.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><h4><b>10.
