How do I book and pay?
All bookings are made online through our Amelia Booking calendar.
Simply choose your date, time, and service, pay securely (100% upfront), and you’ll receive instant confirmation by e-mail.What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through the Amelia booking system.Do I need ski equipment?
Yes – every participant needs full ski equipment for the lesson. You can bring your own gear or rent locally, but please have everything ready before the lesson starts.
*If you need rentals, we’ll happily recommend trusted shops in Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo.Is the skipass included?
Skipasses are not included. Please purchase your pass before the lesson (online or at the lift).
*We can advise on the best pass type for your stay.Do I need insurance?
Yes. Valid insurance that covers skiing in Italy is required for all participants.What languages do you speak?
Our instructors and guides speak English and Polish.

- 14–20 days before – 50% refund
- 13 days or less – no refund, but always contact us; we’ll try to reschedule or offer a credit when possible.

Who are private lessons for?
Everyone—from first-timers to advanced skiers who want to refine technique or gain confidence.Where do lessons take place?
In Madonna di Campiglio or Pinzolo. Choose the location when booking.How long is a lesson?
Book from as little as 1 hour (55 minutes on the slopes), or go all in with full-day or multi-day ski adventures - the choice is yours.Can I choose my instructor?
Yes. You can request a specific instructor in the booking form (subject to availability).Do you teach children?
Absolutely. Our certified instructors are experienced in working with kids and families.
Is ski guiding the same as a lesson?
No. Ski guiding is about exploring the best slopes and hidden spots, not formal instruction.
*Intermediate or advanced skiing ability is required.How many people can join a guiding session?
Up to 6 participants per guide. For larger groups we can provide additional guides.What if the weather is bad?
Our guides monitor conditions daily and will adjust routes for safety and the best snow.Can we request specific types of runs (e.g., scenic vs. challenging)?
Yes. Your guide will design a route based on your preferences, mood, and skill level.
What group sizes do you handle?
Typically up to 9 people per instructor for the best safety and learning experience.

Yes. We adapt lesson times to your itinerary so participants enjoy maximum time on the slopes.Can you help with equipment and skipass logistics?
