The Premium Ski Experience is 3 or 6 full hours with your own instructor: planned runs and pace, filmed runs reviewed on the slope and practical help. For a full day, choose 6 hours.

Private lessons: ski and snowboard
Price for the whole private group per lesson (55 minutes). The total depends on the number of participants and the season. Choose the number of lessons in the calendar; for a longer day on the slopes, choose Premium 3 or 6 hours.

Frequently asked questions
How long is a lesson?
A private lesson is 55 minutes on the snow. You choose the number of lessons in the calendar. Premium Ski Experience lasts a full 3 or 6 clock hours, with breaks taken within that time.
How many people can share a lesson?
Up to 5 people from your own family or friends, with one instructor. The price is for the whole group. We never add other customers. For a larger group, message us and we will plan it with several instructors.
From what age can children ski with an instructor?
Ski lessons start from age 4. A parent or guardian hands the child over to the instructor at the start and collects them at the end.
What language are lessons taught in?
Mostly Polish. English lessons are possible when an instructor is available on your dates. You choose the language in the calendar.
How do I pay?
You pay the full amount online when you book, in one payment for all the lessons you choose. Available payment methods are shown at the last step.
What if I need to cancel?
More than 14 days before your first lesson we refund your payment (less non-refundable payment fees). Between 7 and 14 days we can offer a 50% refund or a voucher for the full amount, valid for 24 months. Less than 7 days before, a standard refund isn’t possible. Full details are in the terms and conditions.
What if I fall ill or get injured?
We look at each case individually. First we offer another free slot during your stay; if that isn’t possible, a voucher valid for 24 months.
What happens in bad weather?
Bad weather alone doesn’t cancel a lesson. If lifts are officially closed and the lesson can’t go ahead, we offer a new time, a voucher or a refund for the unused part.
