By using the Website, contacting us, making a booking, either through the automated booking system or by email or telephone, or using our services, you provide us with certain personal data. Depending on the type of activity selected, we process information necessary for the proper and safe provision of services.
For the winter / SKI section, this may include in particular:
selected type of service, e.g. private lessons, group lessons, Ski Guiding, instructor assistance,
date and location of the lessons,
number of participants,
level of skiing or snowboarding skills,
participant’s age, especially in the case of children,
preferred language of instruction,
selected instructor,
organizational information provided in the form or correspondence.
For the summer / SAIL section, this may include in particular:
selected type of sailing trip, e.g. bareboat charter, sailing trip with a skipper, sailing trip with a crew,
preferred region, country, starting port or body of water,
planned sailing trip dates,
number and composition of the crew,
participants’ ages, especially children,
preferences regarding the type of yacht or catamaran,
sailing or motorboat licenses and qualifications held, if required for a bareboat charter,
information required to prepare or submit a crew list, if required by the shipowner, charter base, marina, local regulations or port authorities.
Depending on the country, shipowner or charter base, crew list data may also include information such as date of birth, citizenship, identity document or passport number, and other data required by local regulations or charter conditions. The scope of such data depends on the selected offer and the requirements of the charter partner.
2.3. Important Information About Health, Allergy and Special Needs Data
If the Client voluntarily provides information concerning health, injuries, mobility limitations, allergies, dietary preferences or other special needs affecting the safety or organization of training on the slopes or stay on a yacht, we process it only to the minimum extent necessary for the proper organization of the service.
Such information is provided voluntarily. We use it only to better adapt the scope of the service, inform the instructor, skipper, hostess or partner where necessary, and ensure the safety and comfort of participants.
If the information provided constitutes special category data within the meaning of the GDPR, we process it on the basis of the explicit consent of the data subject or their legal guardian, or in other cases provided for by applicable law.
2.4. Transaction and Accounting Data
We may process:
payment status information,
booking or order number,
data necessary to issue an invoice or receipt,

SkiSail.Co does not store full payment card details. Online payments are handled by external payment operators.

Entities entrusted with the processing of data process it only on our instructions and to the extent necessary to provide specific services, unless they act as separate data controllers, such as certain payment operators, shipowners, charter bases or public authorities.
